Product Descriptions and Prices - We attempt to describe products featured on this site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. (If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as described in our Return Policy). No offer submitted by you for the purchase of goods from Sunglasses for Men shall be accepted until Sunglasses for Men has confirmed receipt and acceptance of your offer, whether this is verbally, via email or in writing. Acceptance shall be deemed accurate upon Sunglasses for Men sending you a receipt. Prices of any goods are quoted in pounds sterling as default and are subject to change at any time, you may purchase in other currencies via 3rd party payment platforms and the exchange rate will be subject to change and Sunglasses for Men is not liable for these changes. The price of goods is inclusive of any taxes and all customers will pay this price. You will be liable for any shipping costs involved with delivery of your goods to your location, delivery charges may vary according to your location. Delivery charges do not include any expenses for customs duty or any other charge that may occur other than normal delivery charges, you are responsible for such charges. All charges must be paid prior to delivery and Sunglasses for Men will retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been received by us.
Availability - All goods purchased are subject to availability, although we do our best to keep up to date information on the site, stock levels are constantly changing. If goods that you order become unavailable we will notify you and, if payment has been received, offer the choice of a refund or the opportunity to receive the ordered goods once they are available. If you order consists of goods that are in stock and goods that are out of stock we will wait until all goods are available before despatching your complete order. Delivery times may vary depending upon what time the order reached us, the shipping method chosen by you, stock levels and the next available posting date. We use 3rd parties to deliver your order and so cannot be held accountable for their reliabilty, accuracy or performance. If products are returned to us as deliverable they may be subject to an additional shipping charge. Orders sent by 1st class post are unrecorded and cannot be tracked. Goods sent by recorded delivery may be tracked. Missing orders must be notified to Sunglasses for Men within 30 days of dispatch. Sunglasses for Men can ship internationally although we do not do business with all countries including but not limited to Ghana, Nigeria, Indonesia, Singapore.
Returns and Refunds - If you wish to cancel your order then use the contact us page and make sure that you state your name, description of the goods ordered and your order number. If we believe that goods have been damaged due to lack of care by yourself then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If you are not happy with the goods purchased from Sunglasses for Men then you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Returns after 14 days are subject to Sunglasses for Men's descretion and you may be liable for any shipping costs. All goods sold on Sunglasses for Men are subject to a 12 month warranty from the purchase date unless a manufaturers guarentee has been issued in which case you will need to contact the manufacturer. Paypal refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the initial purchase date. If, for any reason we need to refund you after the 60 days have elapsed then you will be responsible for Paypals charges for receiving monies from Sunglasses for Men.
